You have to guide cars through end to end by switching singals manually.
Game is over when queued cars or total amount of cars reach definite number.
Also game is over when you can't guide ambulance through opposite side in limited time.

Traffic was developed by UK software company ANDROMEDA.
MSX version was released by SONY in 1986.
In 1986, premier games "GOONIES", "Yie Ar kung Fu 2" and MSX2"Laydock" had already released.
It was obvious Traffic hadn't attract any attention with noteless graphic like early-time MSX.
But Traffic is the true masterpiece still playable in 21century.
It requires both strategic thinking and speedy decision. The cars are white single colored, but have colorful character on moving.
